Sometimes Less is More

Most of us know that foodless foods, inappropriate foods, commercially prepared foods, artificially flavored, artificially coloured and preservative foods are lacking in nutritional value. We know that we should live mainly on foods of the plant kingdom and that they should be eaten largely raw or uncooked. These basic truths are generally known and accepted. What is not as well known is that there is another important principle that we should observe.
