Eat Healthier With A Balanced Diet

If you want to eat healthier, you have to eat a balanced diet. For most people this means eating a diet, which contains two cups of fruit, two and a half cups of vegetables, three cups of low-fat milk products, or their equivalent, such as milk, yogurt and cheese. You should also eat at least three ounces of whole grain products, including bread, rice, pasta and cereal and five and a half ounces of poultry, meat, fish, tofu, nuts, eggs, dried peas, lentils or beans
