There are 3 elements which are needed to maintain good health. These are Air, Water and Food. We can live for months without food but a few days without water and we will die. Air is even more crucial as we cannot live without air for more than a few minutes. While most people understand the importance of good clean air, not many people understand the importance of good, clean and unpolluted water. This 2 part series serves to highlight the importance of water to our health as well as to debunk some of the myths about water we have been brought up with.
