The Brazilian Acai Berry - One of the Richest Food Sources for Antioxidants

The acai berry grows in the Brazilian rain forest which has been used by it's people for centuries. Known as the "Miracle Fruit" of the Amazon, this fruit is used to remedy many ailments from fevers to preventing blod clots and improving circulation. A study done at the University of Florida shows that extract from the acai berry has killed cultured human cancer cells. Acai is already known as one of the richest food sources for antioxidants.
